Essential Oils

Sandalwood- The woody yet floral scent of Sandalwood is incredibly grounding. The intoxicating aroma is known to help you gain mental clarity which makes it perfect for meditation or providing calm during times of stress. 
Rose- The sweet, floral aroma of Rose ignites feelings of upliftment, positivity and love. A beautiful scent to get you in the perfect headspace for relaxation. 
Lavender- The infamous calming scent. Lavender is extremely relaxing and soothing, this essential oil will get you right in the zone for some good, well rounded rest.
Ylang Ylang- The sweet notes of Ylang Ylang promotes feelings of ease allowing your mind and body to relax and loosen up.

To use:
Shake well before use as natural ingredients may seperate. Spray onto pillow and bedding and around your space in preparation for sleep or onto body and clothes as a body spray. Breathe in deeply as the beautiful aroma envelops you.

Ingredients:
Organic Lavender, Rose, Ylang-Ylang and Sandalwood essential oils, Vitamin E Oil, Rose Water & Aloe Vera juice. Avoid if one has an almond allergy as this contains almond oil.
